Hae Kyung (Helen) Lee has been a legislative researcher at the National Assembly Research Service of South Korea since June 2014. She previously managed Cambodia operations for the Global Green Growth Institute from 2011 to 2014. She holds a Ph.D. in environmental law from Seoul National University and has authored chapters on global environmental regimes. The Korean short film "The Reflection" is based on her story. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
