TOPOI - The Formation and Transformation of Space and Knowledge in Ancient Civilizations

In this research network, more than 200 researchers investigate how space and knowledge were formed and transformed in ancient civilizations of the Near East, the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions, and parts of the Eurasian steppe. From the Department of law, Prof. Cosima Möller's team is participating.

SFB 700: Governance in Areas of Limited Statehood

The members of this collaboratice research center work on the questions how areas of limited statehood are governed, what the specific context conditions of such governance are and which problems arise. From the Department of law, Prof. Heike Krieger's team is participating.
