Our vanue is located in the south of Berlin.
Arrival by car
To arrive by car from Autobahn 115, take the Nr. 2 Hüttenweg exit and after approx. 3km turn right on to Clayallee. After 300m, take the third left turning on to Garystraße and continue for 750m and turn left again on to Boltzmannstraße.
Arrival by plane
Berlin has two airports, Tegel und Schönefeld
Tegel Airport
From Tegel Airport to the Law Faculty of the Free University takes a good half an hour by public transport, using the following route:
- Take Bus X9 or 109 (direction Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten) until Jakob-Kaiser Platz
- U-Bahn U7 (direction Rudow) from Jakob-Kaiser Platz until Fehrbelliner Platz
- U-Bahn U3 (direction Krumme Lanke) from Fehrbelliner Platz until Thielplatz
- 5 minute walk to Henry-Ford-Building (see map below)
Schönefeld Airport
From Schönefeld Airport to the Law Faculty of the Free University takes a good hour by public transport, using the following route:
- Take Regional Express train RE7 (direction Dessau/Hauptbahnhof) until Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten
- U-Bahn U9 (direction Rathaus Steglitz) from Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten until Bahnhof Spichernstraße
- U-Bahn U3 (direction Krumme Lanke) from Bahnhof Spichernstraße until Thielplatz
- 5 minute walk to Henry-Ford-Building (see map below)
or
- Take Bus X7 (direction Rudow) until Bahnhof Rudow
- U-Bahn U7 (direction Rathaus Spandau) until Fehrbelliner Platz
- U-Bahn U3 (direction Krumme Lanke) from Fehrbelliner Platz until Thielplatz
- 5 minute walk to Henry-Ford-Building (see map below)
Travel by rail
ICE-, IC, EC-, Regional trains and the S-Bahn travel to Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) at high frequency. From there you can reach the Law Faculty of the Free University within half an hour, using the following route:
- Take S-Bahn 5, 7 or 75, (direction west, towards Westkreuz, Potsdam, Spandau) towards Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten
- U-Bahn U9 (direction Rathaus Steglitz) from Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten until Bahnhof Spichernstraße
- U-Bahn U3 (direction Krumme Lanke) from Bahnhof Spichernstraße until Thielplatz
- 5 minute walk to Henry-Ford-Building (see map below)
