CURRICULUM VITAE

 Born in Karlsruhe in 1962. Studied in Freiburg, Geneva and Salamanca (scholarships from German National Academic Foundation and German Academic Exchange Service). Admitted as a lawyer in 1990. From 1993 to 2007 established and managed Chemnitz office of CMS Hasche Sigle. Legal practice in Stuttgart since 2007. Particular interest in complex disputes,arbitration proceedings, corporate law and structuring and negotiating international plant construction and infrastructure projects. Lecturer at Freie Universität Berlin and Chemnitz University of Technology on drafting contracts, conducting negotiations and dispute resolution. Cooperation with universities in Africa and the Rule of Law Program for Sub-Saharan Africa of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. Member , of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), the African Law Association (Gesellschaft für afrikanisches Recht e.V.) and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA).
