Over the past years, Daniel Stahl has sought to infer from interviews i.a. with activists, legal scholars and lawyers how the understanding of human rights has developed throughout their history. Drawing from his experiences, he will shed light on methodological challenges of biographical approaches to human rights research from a historical perspective.
