Course Description

In this course recent decisions of International Courts will be presented to and discussed with the students. The aim of the lecture is to examine these cases critically.

Course Registration

Prior registration for this course is not required.

Exam

The type of exam will be announced by the course instructor in the first class meeting.

Students have to register for the exam with the course instructor. They are not required to register formally at the Examination Office.
