Course Description

Partendo dalla divisione, da problematizzare, di diritto pubblico e diritto privato, il corso si prefigge di illustrare i princìpi e gli istituti fondamentali del Diritto privato italiano. Saranno oggetto di particolare attenzione alcuni libri del codice civile: persone fisiche e persone giuridiche, proprietà, obbligazioni, tutela dei diritti.

Il materiale didattico sarà fornito durante il corso. È indispensabile la consultazione del codice civile, in particolare per le parti trattate di volta in volta a lezione. You can only drop this course with a valid cause until 14 days prior to the exam. Please contact the International Office at the Law Department and Ms. Santangelo & Ms. De Francesco from the Center for Italian Studies at italstud@zedat.fu-berlin.de if you have to use this option.
