Course Content

Il corso si propone di fornire agli studenti gli elementi necessari per una prima comprensione del diritto privato italiano. Durante le lezioni si prenderanno pertanto in considerazione, in via preliminare, le fonti del diritto privato, i soggetti di diritto, nonché la nozione di “rapporto giuridico”. Seguirà poi una breve analisi dei diritti reali e delle obbligazioni, dedicando infine particolare attenzione al contratto.

Il materiale didattico verrà fornito durante le lezioni. CLARIZIA, Introduzione allo studio del diritto privato, Giappichelli Editore, Torino, ultima edizione, limitatamente ai capitoli I – IV.

Course Registration

Law students will not be enrolled for this course via Campus Management. Please write an e-mail to Ms. Santangelo from the Center for Italian Studies at italstud@zedat.fu-berlin.de with a copy to the professor giada.grattarola01@gmail.com in order to be admitted to this course. This e-mail should include the following information:
  • the title of the course that you wish to sign up for
  • your full name
  • your FU enrollment number (Student ID, in German: Matrikelnummer)
  • your study program (Law)

De-Registration from this Course

You can only drop this course with a valid cause until 14 days prior to the exam. Please contact the International Office at the Law Department , Ms. Santangelo from the Center for Italian Studies at italstud@zedat.fu-berlin.de and the professor giada.grattarola01@gmail.com if you have to use this option.

Type of Exam

La prova finale del corso consisterà in un colloquio orale.

Grade Release

It will technically not be possible for the professor to enter your grade on Campus Management
