Course Description
El curso de Derecho Constitucional Comparado tiene como objetivo la adquisición de competencias idiomáticas básicas para ejercicios de Derecho Comparado y la comprensión del Derecho Constitucional y la Organización Estatal básica de La República Federal Argentina, la República de Colombia y el Reino de España. El entendimiento de los conceptos básicos de Derecho Constitucional, como base del Derecho Público, en varios sistemas jurídicos permitirá a los participantes poder entender la ciencia jurídica en términos más amplios, y espera generar una visión más global del Derecho que promueva el entendimiento entre los países a través del uso del idioma. Se estudiará los ordenamientos jurídicos de Argentina, Colombia y España mediante un análisis institucional comparativo del Derecho Constitucional y finalmente se enunciará los Sistemas de protección de Derechos Humanos en Latinoamérica así como en Europa con ejemplos de casos relevantes. El curso se impartirá en su totalidad en idioma español y los alumnos requieren analizar normas jurídicas y expresar su opinión en clase, por lo tanto está dirigido a estudiantes con conocimientos a nivel de conversación en lengua española.
