Gather with your fellow exchange students, with your mentor and the staff of the Law School's International Office! We will play a few games, and you will get the chance to chat with each other. This will be a good opportunity to meet the people you will be studying with and to make new friends.

Your Study Abroad Coordinator from the Law School's International Office will guide you through the rules and procedures related to academic issues (course choice, course booking, ECTS-credits, exams, grading system, etc.).

Should you not be able to take part in this meeting, we will ask you to complete an online tutorial by Monday, 8 April. This online tutorial consists of short videos, printed information, and multiple-choice quizzes. Friday, 5 April 2024

We recommend you sign up for your courses on Campus Management this afternoon. You will receive a short tutorial during our Study Info Session on Thursday.

1.30 - 3 p.m. International Coffee Hour with your German Buddies

Gather with your fellow exchange students, with the German law students taking part in the buddy program, with your mentor and with your Study Abroad Coordinator from the Law School's International Office for an informal chat. We will have coffee, either at the Law School's cafeteria or at the nearby Asian mensa. We will tell you a few days in advance where this meeting is going to take place. Exchange students not taking part in the buddy program are also very welcome!

8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Campus Management Troubleshooting

Problems with your course registration on Campus Management? Take the opportunity to meet your Study Abroad Coordinator from the Law School's International Office online for a one-on-one counselling session.

This consultation is going to take place through our video conference tool Webex. Please make an appointment via e-mail (international-office@rewiss.fu-berlin.de) suggesting three 15-minute time frames between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. We will try to confirm one of the three time slots. You will receive your login information via e-mail.

People not taking part in the buddy program are also very welcome!

We will check the weather forecast and will confirm the date a few days in advance.

Do it like the locals and spend time at this former airport with your mentor, with the German students from the Buddy program and with your fellow exchange students. Please bring a blanket or a towel to sit on, a glass or a cup, and something to eat and drink.
