Zur Person

Ivette Félix Padilla ist seit Mai 2022 studentische Hilfskraft an der Professur für Öffentliches Recht und die Internationalisierung der Rechtsordnung (Univ.-Prof. Dr. Helmut Aust) am Fachbereich Rechtswissenschaft der Freien Universität Berlin.

Sie studiert seit Oktober 2021 Rechtswissenschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Internationalisierung der Rechtsordnung (Völker- und Europarecht, Rechtsvergleichung und Transnationales Recht) an der Freien Universität Berlin und am Center for Transnational Legal Studies, London.

Zwischen August 2022 und August 2023 war sie Teil des Organisationsteams der Sommerakademie Feministische Rechtswissenschaft 2023. Seit Juni 2024 ist sie Vorstandsmitglied des Trägervereins derselben Akademie.

Zudem engagiert sie sich in der Redaktion und im Vorstand der studentisch geführten Berliner Rechtszeitschrift als inhaltliche Schriftleiterin und Erste Vorsitzende des Vereins.

Curriculum vitae

Since May 2022, Ivette Félix Padilla has been a Student Assistant at the Chair of Public Law and International Law (Univ.-Prof. Dr. Helmut Aust), Department of Law of Freie Universität Berlin.

Ivette Félix Padilla studies law with a focus on public international law, European law, comparative and transnational law at Freie Universität Berlin and at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies, London.

From August 2022 to August 2023 she was part of the organizing team of the Sommerakademie Feministische Rechtswissenschaft 2023. Since June 2024 she also serves a a board member of the association that hosts the academy.

She is also involved in the editorial team and part of the board of the student-run Berliner Rechtszeitschrift as Editor-In-Chief and First Chairwoman of the association.
