Course Content

El presente curso tiene como principal competencia/objetivo ofrecer a los estudiantes una visión de conjunto del Ordenamiento jurídico español. Desde la comprensión del origen histórico de las fuentes del Derecho, en particular desde los procesos decimonónicos de codificación, se abordan conceptos jurídicos básicos, el sistema normativo de fuentes y la organización político-institucional español. Las unidades temáticas están centradas en el estudio de los Derechos constitucional, civil, penal, procesal y mercantil, dedicando especial atención a la estructura y principios que informan la jurisdicción española. Las clases serán impartidas en español y están dirigidas a estudiantes que, teniendo conocimientos de lengua española, estén interesados en formase en el Ordenamiento jurídico español.
