Mertcan Kösten is a Turkish-qualified lawyer specialising in intellectual property, data, and competition law. He holds two LL.M. degrees, including an LL.M. in International Studies in Intellectual Property Law and Data Law from TU Dresden, and an LL.M. in Private International Law from Istanbul University. His book publication focuses on party representation and professional conduct in international arbitration. He has professional experience as an attorney, in-house counsel, and legal mediator, and supports the MBL-FU program since February 2026.
