Tito Rendas is a lecturer at Católica Law School (Lisbon), a researcher and board member at the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law, and of counsel at CCA Law Firm. He holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where he contributed to the Harvard International Law Journal and was a member of the board of the Harvard European Law Association, and he has been a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition (Munich). He has been an agent for the Portuguese Republic before the Court of Justice of the European Union in various preliminary reference procedures on intellectual property and e-commerce issues. He has spoken at conferences and seminars at the European Parliament, Yale Law School, University of Cape Town, among many other institutions worldwide. He has co-edited a copyright law casebook in Portuguese and his articles have been published in journals like International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law, the European Intellectual Property Review, and the Journal of Internet Law.
