The course gives an introdution into the German system of criminal sanctions for adults and into sentencing law. It is part of the modules "Strafvollzugsrecht/Sanktionenrecht" and "Wirtschafts- u. Umweltstrafrecht/Sanktionenrecht" of the specialisation in criminal justice and criminology.

In this course, we talk about the German juvenile criminal law, i.d. sanctions and measures, criminal procedure and court organisation within the juvenile justice system with a view to juvenile criminology. It is part of the module "Strafvollzugsrecht und Jugendstrafrecht" of the specialisation in criminal justice and criminology.
Tuesday, 16-18 hrs, exams 16-20 hrs
This is a mandatory training class in criminal law for advanced students with written exams during the term.
