Andreas Buser is a lecturer at Freie Universität Berlin and holds a postdoc position within the DFG research group on "the international rule of law - rise or decline?". Mr. Buser is also an associate prosecutor within the Berlin/Glasgow project on “Protracted Conflicts”. At FU Berlin he teaches courses in international law, fundamental and human rights and German administrative law. In 2021 he also taught international economic law at TU Dresden. During his Rechtsreferendariat he worked with the Berlin Public Prosecutor (Organized Crime), the German Federal Ministry of Commerce, the European Center for Constitutional- and Human Rights and Client Earth.

His research interests more broadly include constitutional law, international law, and the law of the European Union.
