In the following, we inform you, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), about the manner in which your personal data is processed in the application procedure and the contact form, as well as about your rights in this context:

1. Name and Address of the Controller and the Data Protection Officer

Controller within the meaning of  Art. 4 no. 7 GDPR are the organizers of the conference, which can be contacted at: Dr. B. 2. Scope of Personal Data Processing

When you use the application or contact form personal data is collected. Only such data is collected, which the forms ask for. This data is saved and processed exlusively to conduct the application process or answer your inquiry.

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

The legal basis for processing your data is found in Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR, since you clicked the check box consenting to the saving and processing of your data described here.

4. Duration of Storage and Deletion

Any personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storing it cedes, at the latest, however, after the conference of  6-7 September 2019 has been conducted.

5. Rights of the Person Affected

According to the GDPR you have the following rights concerning your personal data:

• right to information,
• right to rectification,
• right to erasure,
• right to restriction of processing,
• right to data portability,
• right to objection against data processing.

Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority concerning the processing of your personal data.
